This policy explains how GrowthBowl plans, delivers, and completes work for clients — covering timelines, responsibilities, and the terms that apply to every project or retainer. It should be read alongside your signed proposal or agreement, which takes precedence if the two ever conflict.
The exact scope and deliverables for your project live in your proposal or statement of work — this page covers the general process that applies across all of them.
Work begins once your agreement is signed, any upfront payment is confirmed, required assets and access are shared, and onboarding is complete. The project clock starts from that point — not from the signing date — so getting these to us quickly keeps things on schedule.
| Service | Typical Timeline |
|---|---|
| Website / Landing Page | 4–12 weeks, depending on complexity |
| SEO Campaign | Setup in 2–4 weeks; results in 3–6 months |
| Social Media Management | First calendar in 7–14 days, then monthly |
| Paid Advertising | Launch in 5–10 business days |
| Branding & Identity | Concepts in 2–4 weeks; full delivery in 4–8 weeks |
| Growth Consulting | Audit in 1–2 weeks; strategy in 2–4 weeks |
These are estimates for planning purposes. Binding dates for your project are set in your proposal or scope document.
Good delivery is a two-way effort. Here's what keeps a project moving smoothly:
What We Need From You
- Accurate, up-to-date info about your business and goals
- Timely access to brand assets, logins, and accounts
- One clear point of contact on your side
- Consolidated, actionable feedback
Reviews & Approvals
- Standard scope includes 2 revision rounds per deliverable
- Feedback expected within 3–5 business days
- No response in 7 business days = deemed approved
- Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately
We deliver work over email, shared drives, project boards, live calls, or direct deployment — whichever suits the deliverable. Late feedback, missing assets, or slow approvals on your end will extend the timeline accordingly.
Some things sit outside our control — third-party platform outages or policy changes (Google, Meta, hosting, domains), technical disruptions, regulatory shifts, or events like natural disasters. When these happen, we'll flag them promptly and resume work as soon as reasonably possible, with timelines adjusted to match.
We aim for measurable results, but digital marketing outcomes depend on many variables we don't control. So while we commit fully to the process, we don't guarantee specific rankings, lead counts, or revenue figures unless it's written into your agreement — and our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that service period.
These limits don't override any liability that can't legally be excluded. Questions about a specific risk? Raise it with us before signing.
When Work Is Done
- You approve it in writing, or
- All agreed deliverables are handed over, or
- 7 business days pass with no feedback (deemed accepted)
Ongoing / Retainer Work
- Runs monthly unless otherwise agreed
- Reporting monthly, with reviews on a regular cadence
- 30 days' notice to pause or end — no lock-in
Final files and access are transferred once all outstanding invoices are settled.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect how we operate. Active clients will be notified of material changes, and continuing to work with us after that counts as acceptance of the update. Questions about this policy or a delivery in progress can go to:
