GrowthBowl is a full-service digital marketing and growth consulting agency. Our services include SEO, performance marketing (Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads), social media marketing, website design & development, branding & creative, content marketing, lead generation, and growth strategy.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your engagement are set out in a separate Proposal or Service Agreement.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Here's what's fine and what isn't:

Delays on your side that affect project timelines aren't treated as delays on ours.
Each engagement runs on its own Proposal, Service Agreement, or SOW — covering scope, timelines, pricing, and revisions. That document takes precedence over these Terms for its project.
- Standard projects require 50% advance payment, balance due on delivery, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Payments are in INR via bank transfer or UPI, plus applicable GST.
- Unpaid invoices may attract a 2% monthly late charge, and we may pause work on significantly overdue accounts.
Refunds: advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Requests are reviewed case by case, factoring in work completed and costs incurred.
Everything on this website — text, graphics, logos, design, and code — belongs to GrowthBowl and is protected under Indian and international IP law. Please don't reproduce or commercially reuse it without our written consent.
Once you've paid in full for a project, ownership of the final deliverables (ad creatives, website files, written content, etc.) transfers to you, unless stated otherwise. Our internal strategy frameworks, templates, and methodologies always remain ours.
Third-party tools, stock assets, and fonts used in your deliverables stay subject to their own licences.
We keep confidential business information you share with us private, use it only to deliver your project, and take reasonable steps to protect it — this continues after the engagement ends. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
We may use third-party platforms — advertising networks, analytics tools, CRMs, design and project-management software — to deliver services. We aren't responsible for their availability or practices, and related costs (ad spend, subscriptions) are separate from our fees unless bundled into your agreement.
This site may link to external websites we don't control; visiting them is at your own risk.
Our website and services are provided "as is." We can't guarantee specific outcomes — rankings, leads, ROAS, follower growth — since results depend on factors outside our control, like market conditions and platform algorithms. We apply industry best practice, but we don't promise results.
To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or infringing content you provide us.
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect once posted here. For active clients, material changes are also emailed in advance. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
We may suspend or end services for repeated breaches, non-payment, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity. You can end an engagement per the notice terms in your project agreement — outstanding invoices become due immediately on termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Noida holding exclusive jurisdiction. We ask that disputes first go through 30 days of good-faith negotiation, then mediation, before any litigation.
